Here’s what you will be doing
Administrative support
- Facilitating regular client needs and keeping accounts organised and on track
- Helping us maintain weekly/monthly activity reports, with an eye on key milestones and current activities
- Monitoring and tracking of media coverage and social media sentiment, and creating coverage reports for monthly and project recaps
- Creating tailored press and events lists
- Coordinating calls, meetings, and media opportunities
- Learning the ins and outs of the brands we work with
- Support senior management in streamlining workload and small administrative tasks
Media liaison and outreach
- Actively research and get to know esports and mainstream writers covering or likely to cover the space
- Identify journalists and publications for exclusive stories across esports, sports, business, and financial verticals
- Work with us to develop creative, accurate, and authentic stories across these contacts
- Build your strong network of media friendlies, and maintain those relationships
- Craft unique and well-tailored pitches to relevant journalists

About you

- You have a passion for or are willing to become interested in esports.
- Whether you’re an esports fan with mad organisational skills or an existing PR pro looking to learn more about the world of esports, we’d be excited to talk to you.

- You are independent and can think of solutions to problems that arise – and are proactive about proposing them
