The opportunity

You will begin your career with us in The Lab, mastering the basics and applying them to support our different sector teams across the agency. The Lab plays a crucial role in enabling and driving business growth. It brings insight, digital, research, brand and design expertise together to provide a more focused campaigning offer to build programmes that drive change. A home to our newly established growth team too, it’s the perfect place to quickly gain insight of who we are and what we do.

What you’ll be doing:

No two days are the same in this role, but here’s a flavour of what to expect:

  • Learning, learning and more learning.
  • Supporting our incredible teams to provide first class client service.
  • Crafting press releases and helping to prepare pitch decks.
  • Conducting research in response to briefs.
  • Taking a lead on media monitoring, keeping a pulse on industry trends and competitor activity.

We operate a hybrid working model, but to ensure you have the best immersion into the business, this role will be based in the office for the first six months. After this period, you will be able to work within our hybrid model which requires you to be office based for a minimum of 60% of your time.
