Partner With Us

Increasing ethnic representation in public relations and communications requires more than good intentions. It requires employers willing to take action.

The Taylor Bennett Foundation works with employers across the industry to unlock high-potential talent the profession too often overlooks — helping organisations build stronger, more effective teams.

Today, more than 200 organisations engage with the Foundation, from hosting interns and providing mentors to supporting training and career development. Through our Employer Partner Network, we are bringing together a community of employers committed to strengthening both the profession and the organisations within it.

Learn from industry peers – Gain access to employer forums, masterclasses and insights where organisations share best practice on inclusive recruitment, progression and workplace culture.

Demonstrate leadership – Partnership signals a clear commitment to building a stronger and more inclusive profession — strengthening credibility with employees, clients and stakeholders.

Employer Partner Network

Connect | Learn | Shape Change

The Taylor Bennett Foundation Employer Partner Network brings together organisations that are serious about building inclusive workplaces and investing in the next generation of communications professionals.

Through annual partnership, employers become part of a collaborative community working to strengthen the industry. Partners support the Foundation’s programmes, gain access to insights and engagement opportunities, and connect with peers who share a commitment to long-term change.

The Network reflects a simple belief: inclusion is not an initiative. It is an investment — in people, in culture and in the future of the public relations and communications profession.
