Our Chief Executive Officer will work with you to understand your organisation’s DEIB position in a detailed briefing with your team. We work to understand your objectives in a bespoke consultancy process. Once a partnership package is tailored, formalised and agreed upon, our team will work with you on the planning and implementation of our partnership.

Changmaker partners are organisations invested in increasing ethnic representation in the workplace by pioneering or curating bespoke TBF programme/s for the advancement of sustaining representation in the industry.
Silver Trailblazers
Changemaker partners are organisations committed to attracting, managing, and retaining ethnic representation within their workplace by creating a tailored pathway partnership via our programmes.
Bronze Superstars
New to the Foundation. Our superstar supporters are organisations that are at the beginning of their diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging journey and are ready to put their strategy into action.
