Headland is an award-winning, fast-growing communications consultancy, specialising in Corporate Communications, Financial PR, Public Affairs and Campaigning. We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and ambitious people to join our 2025 Trainee Programme in early September 2025.
Our trainee programme combines formal training and on-the-job learning. You will learn how to become a rounded communications consultant, supported by an in-depth training programme which covers topics such as Media Relations, Digital Media, Sustainability, Research, and much more.

- Either a university degree (completed or due to finish in Summer 2025) OR you have some experience in a professional setting (work experience doesn’t need to be in the communications sector)
