Key Purpose
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, managing logistics, and tracking progress for our work with MPs. You will act as the key liaison between the delivery team and sales, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project execution. You will also lead efforts to generate warm leads, maintain existing client relationships, and drive the success of our projects.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the sales pipeline for potential clients among MPs, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Serve as the key point of contact between the sales team and project delivery teams, ensuring smooth project execution and clear communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, driving continued growth and satisfaction.
- Lead efforts in generating warm leads, leveraging existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on sales progress, project milestones, and client feedback
- Provide support to the sales team with logistics, ensuring all client and project needs are met on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure efficient project management processes and workflows are in place to support the successful delivery of client projects.
- Any other reasonable tasks as requested by your project manager.
- There may be a requirement to work outside of regular hours when necessary.
Person Specification

Experience
- Proven experience in managing sales processes, including lead generation and client relationship management is essential.
- Experience working in a project management role, ensuring smooth communication between teams and delivering results on time.
- A background in political digital campaigns or related sectors is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with CRM tools and project management software is beneficial.
