The Taylor Bennett Foundation (TBF), a leading charity dedicated to increasing ethnic diversity in the communications industry, is proud to announce the launch of its Alumni Advisory Board (AAB). This initiative marks an exciting new chapter in TBF’s journey, strengthening its alumni community and ensuring graduates play a key role in shaping the Foundation’s future.
For over 15 years, TBF has supported more than 1,200 talented individuals, equipping them with the skills, networks, and opportunities to build successful careers in PR and communications. The AAB will further this mission by fostering connections, delivering tailored alumni events, and providing strategic guidance to TBF’s leadership.
“Our alumni have gone on to do incredible things in PR and beyond. By launching the Alumni Advisory Board, we aim to harness that collective experience to inspire and support the next generation,” said Koray Camgoz, CEO of the Taylor Bennett Foundation. “We are inviting passionate alumni to help us deliver a programme of events and opportunities that strengthen connections across our community.”
The Role of the Alumni Advisory Board
The AAB will serve a dual purpose:
- Community Building: Planning and delivering alumni events to foster networking, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
- Strategic Advisory: Providing feedback and insights to TBF’s leadership team, helping refine and enhance its programmes and initiatives.
Who Can Apply?
TBF is seeking committed alumni from diverse backgrounds and career stages to join the AAB. Members will serve a two-year term, dedicating 1-2 days per month to planning alumni initiatives, offering strategic input, and advocating for TBF’s mission within the industry.

Application Process
Applications are open to all TBF alumni who are committed to diversity and inclusion in the PR and communications industry. The Foundation welcomes applicants across all levels of seniority. To, apply, candidates must submit a short statement outlining their experience, motivations, and vision for the alumni network via an application form. Applications will close on March 14th 2025 (11.59pm).
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
